Our flagship Pipeline Program, offered pro bono to outstanding, underserved students.
The Access Initiative extends the full Nexus Pipeline Program experience to students from underrepresented or low‑income backgrounds, entirely free of cost. Through this initiative, qualifying students receive the same comprehensive mentorship, resources, and long‑term guidance that define Nexus, ensuring that financial circumstance does not obstruct a student’s journey to becoming a physician.
Note: We use a holistic selection process, emphasizing need, drive, and commitment to the medical profession. High school students are strongly preferred, though we select a few college freshmen to join our program.
Qualified applicants will be invited to meet with a Nexus mentor to discuss their goals, readiness, and fit for the program. Selected students will then receive information about their mentor pairing and start date.
